Strategy for claims and construction disputes, from negotiation and settlement to court proceedings, mediation and arbitration.
02
Feyaerts Law drafts and negotiates national and international construction contracts, from main contracts and subcontracts to project development and promotion, construction teams, EPC, Design & Build, FIDIC and NEC.
03
Direct legal support during execution: contract interpretation, claims, variations, delays, correspondence and emerging disputes — remotely, in-house or, where needed, close to the project.
Legal analysis is not an end in itself. Feyaerts Law starts from the client’s position and objectives and translates them into a concrete strategy.
That means going into depth when the matter requires it, acting quickly when the situation demands it and consistently looking for the most effective way forward.
Matters are handled directly by Jef Feyaerts. Specialist expertise, short lines of communication and swift decision-making come together in a lean and modern practice.
